Adidas and Stella McCartney, designer and daughter of Beatle Paul McCartney, have partnered up once again. McCartney and the German brand have had a ten year working relationship and are celebrating their decade of partnership with an innovative athletic style collection.

The 2015 Spring/Summer collection features accessories, apparel, and footwear for all sporting adventures. This season’s pieces all have distinctive design infused with cutting-edge technology. McCartney voiced her excitement for the collection when she said, “I am so proud of what we have been
able to achieve with the adidas by Stella McCartney collection. When we began working on the first season, nobody had ever created anything like it; a combination of strong design aesthetic with true
performance technologies. It has since been the standard principle of this collaboration and this season is
no exception.”

The collection includes looks for all your athletic needs. The Run category features pieces made with floral, camouflage, and dusty hues along with today’s hottest fitness technology like red Techfit power bands and ClimaChill technology that regulate body temperature. The Studio category has a scuba-inspired feel with its raised necklines and color blocking. Each piece has performance body silhouettes designed to create a layered look for all studio workouts. The Yoga category infuses seamless technology and soft fabric to ensure ease of movement. The adidas by Stella McCartney collection also features a Cycle, Swim, and Weekender category. The Spring/Summer collection also debuted footwear made with revolutionary adidas cushioning technology called BOOST. This technology provides consumers with unparalleled energy during their run.

This season the collection emphasized the idea of being eco-friendly. Low Waste No Dye tees, shorts, and hoodies were used and advanced cutting techniques were used to ensure that no fabric goes to waste in the making of garments. 95% of fabric is used to create the final product while 5% is recycled.
