For over 20 years, Rozae Nichols has been a part of the fashion scene. After attending the Pasadena Art Institute, she worked with clothing companies in Los Angeles and Paris and even created two clothing lines called IAN R.N. and ROZAE R.N.

In 2011, she decided to take the exotic prints and bold color palette she was known for and create another line called Clover Canyon. This brand is designed and produced in Los Angeles and uses the California scenery and art we all know and love as inspiration to create its unique pieces. While Clover Canyon’s clothes are very playful, they still exude a level of sophistication that will allow you to wear them for all occasions.

During fashion week in September, Nichols debuted her Spring collection and it will surely capture your attention with its wide variety of prints and patterns. Each year, Clover Canyon seems to take inspiration from other countries. The Fall 2014 collection had an Irish feel to it while this year’s womenswear collection had a very heavy Asian influence. It featured pieces like kimonos and cheongsam dresses that were paired with light silhouettes. Fabrics like taffeta and poplin can also be found on many of the garments from this season. Florals also consumed the menswear and womenswear collection. However, these aren’t your regular floral prints though. Clover Canyon’s flower-patterned pieces were big, bold, and beautiful and captured the very essence of Spring.

To top it all off, Rozae Nichols expanded into the footwear industry with her Spring collection. And of course, the shoes featured the design house’s famous patterns! Flatforms, wedges, and oxfords, all today’s latest shoe trends, were just some of the styles showcased during fashion week.

In just four years, Clover Canyon has become a staple brand in the fashion industry and continues to keep growing. You can currently purchase their clothing at retailers like Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales, and Nordstrom.
