V. by Vanessa Williams Launches on Evine.com

Vanessa Williams has added fashion designer to her long list of accomplishments.

On March 19,2016 V by Vanessa Williams launched on shopping network Evine.com.  Vanessa William’s love for fashion began back in her teens and developed over her long career.  The inital collection will have 18 pieces; jackets, dresses, tops and bottoms that are inspired by Williams’ personal wardrobe and style. Fifteen new styles will be available in April with 14 more in May. What is even more exciting all under $100.  In her recent conversation with WWD the stylish beauty said this of her collection, “Everything I build I want to be able to wear a bra with. I am 52 years old. I want to be sure that when wearing [a top or dress with] spaghetti straps, that there’s enough material [for support]. A lot of women my age, plus a little younger, want to wear a bra,”.  Here is a peak at a few of the pieces from the V by Vanessa Williams collection!
